LOTTE Ventures Vietnam is looking for an Investment Analyst to join our investment team.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with startup founders, evaluate high-growth businesses, participate in investment decisions, and build a long-term career in Venture Capital.

What You’ll Do
As part of our investment team, you’ll be deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of a venture fund, supporting everything from deal sourcing to due diligence and founder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research emerging industries, market trends, and startup landscapes.
- Evaluate startup business models, financial performance, and growth potential.
- Support investment due diligence, financial analysis, and valuation.
- Source new investment opportunities through ecosystem activities and networking.
- Monitor portfolio companies and maintain relationships with founders.
- Support strategic projects and collaboration with LOTTE Ventures Korea.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Consulting, Corporate Finance, Startups, or related fields.
- Highly curious, analytical, and passionate about startups and innovation.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, Notion, and Canva (or eager to learn fast).
- Korean language is a plus.
